About the Role:
CHANGE COMMUNICATOR – Ref No C4129
> 4mths wvt extension
> $65k + Super + CBD Based
This contract is to cover a secondment for an initial 4 months, with view to extension. This is an interesting role within a well respected and well funded HR Management Unit in state government. This role involves developing and implementing strategic change communications plans, providing advice and facilitating workshops and forums with senior management, and managing the communications for a number of projects (such as regional office relocation, and mobile technology projects).
About the Person:
The ideal candidate may come from one of three areas: a change manager with strong written communication skills seeking an AO6 position; a communications professional with internal communications skills having worked on HR projects; a change communicator with strong project management skills. Our client is open to organising secondment.
