Our candidates and contacts are a valuable source of information. The ‘Who You Know’ Rewards Program is simply a reward for referring ‘who you know’ to a specific role available at the time through the Integris Group. Want to know what’s in it for you, how it works, and what the rules are?

:: What's In It For You? ::
If you refer a candidate who is successfully placed in a permanent role (or a contract of six months or more) by Integris HRC, your reward is a $300 gift voucher to the store of your choice. Referral for a contract placement of 3-6 months attracts a $150 gift voucher. 

We are well aware that today you may be our candidate, but tomorrow you may be our client. With this in mind, the ‘Who You Know’ Rewards Program is just one of the semi-sourcing initiatives we have taken to source the very best talent available. So as a client, you know you are working with one of the most committed, thorough, forward thinking, efficient, and results focussed agencies in the market.

:: How Does It Work? ::
If you are currently registered with us, you will be regularly notified of opportunities as they become available. You will also see some positions advertised by the Integris Group on seek.com,  and on our website under Hot Jobs. Positions that attract a reward will be marked with . You may see a position that isn’t quite right for you, but you may know someone that would be ideal for the role.  Do them a favour and let them know about it. Get them to contact us directly, mentioning they were referred.

:: What's In It For Us? ::
The most important corporate resource over the next twenty years will be talent. In our opinion, talent has become more important than capital, strategy, or R&D and is a prime source of competitive advantage. However, it's also the resource in shortest supply, a trend being referred to as the ‘war for talent’.

A new problem requires new approaches and new solutions. It means utilising innovative semi-sourcing techniques to find the best talent. The ‘Who You Know’ Rewards Program is one of our initiatives to more efficiently source higher quality talent for our clients by rewarding and encouraging our candidates to pass referrals.

:: Rules ::
The rules for the ‘Who You Know’ Rewards Program are simple, and are as follows:

• You must be registered with the Integris Group in order to participate
• The referred candidate must not be already registered with the Integris Group.
• The candidate is referred for a specific role that we have at the time of registration.
• The referred candidate is successfully placed in the position that we refer them for
• We will forward to you your reward after the referred and placed candidate passes the probation period of three months (for permanent roles).
• Note that the Integris Group accepts no liability to make payments where the referred candidate does not successfully commence the position or does not see out the probationary period, whether or not this is due to the actions of the client or the referred candidate.
